At Paari Mobiles Walajapet, we aim to provide high-quality smartphones and mobile accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged or defective
The product received is incorrect or different from the order
The product has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
The item must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
The product must not have physical damage caused by the customer
Paari Mobiles reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:
Opened or used products
Accessories with broken packaging
Products damaged due to misuse
Items returned after the allowed return period
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
In some cases, customers may receive store credit or replacement instead of a refund
If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, we will offer:
A replacement product, or
A refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference.
If the return is due to wrong or defective products, Paari Mobiles will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the return process must be followed.
