Cancellation Policy

At Paari Mobiles Walajapet, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be cancelled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order before the product is shipped from our store.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and order details. Once the cancellation request is confirmed, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. In this case, customers may request a return after receiving the product according to our Refund & Return Policy.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


4. Cancellation by Paari Mobiles

Paari Mobiles reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect pricing or product information on the website

  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Delivery location not serviceable

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
